(not sure, do Eunice n Kuan know i using red wine to cook the beef steak?)

昨天，我有幸的跟公司Rec Club的一伙们回到了印尼民丹岛。回到我熟悉的度假村，见到了一些熟悉的员工。唯一改变的是度假村的大堂装饰了一个好大的圣诞蛋糕，蛋糕上还有小鹿和圣诞老人！这已经是我第N次来到了民丹岛。但，回想起我在船上的经历，这次，我简直是差一点就将我的晚餐给吐出来！我有如坐在过山车，足足一个小时！ 天啊！船上，好多人在‘清胃‘。最可怕的是那种引人呕吐的声音。。。。。Check-in 后，我们集合在其中一间房间玩游戏。这一晚，我起来好几次，可能是环境陌生吧。

JB Seafood!

Having a nice seefood at JB, Todak Seafood Restaurant yesterday with BL, Caren, Eunice, of cos, my wife, MeiFong too. 

This restaurant located in one of the outer town area, very traditional and clearly see Sembawang Shipyard area, Singapore.

Is really a long time we did not go JB to walk walk shop shop. Jusco Terbau City still seams nice n easy walk around. Heard from BL that there are few more similar mall had opened or opening soon, such as Tesco Plentong, Tesco Austin and New shopping mall near Skudai area.

焖元蹄！

今天，我试煮了焖元蹄！味道还不错。:)

KK 的新尝试！

今天，我尝试煮了
1）芋头糕 - 算是成功了，但可惜盐放的不够！
2）荷叶糯米鸡 - 完美佳作，下次会更好！
3）晶莹桂华糕 - 清凉花香，可惜放在小托盘的没法倒出。
4）红豆马蹄糕 - 糖很贵。。。。所以放得不够。。哈哈哈！
5）红豆椰汁奶 - 椰奶香，甜不腻。可惜被不够软的红豆给破坏了！

原本我还准了做虾饺还有传统桂花糕。。。。。。可惜我真的太累了！下次吧！

今天是公司的最后一天team building，我们去了Mid Valley Mega Mall逛。好伟大的凯莉和小薇，特地的舟车劳动的来找我。我好感动！ 好久没有见到他们了！好开心！我们去吃了美味的OHSUSHI日本料理还有到Kim Gary吃香港茶餐厅的甜点！超赞！忘了把美丽有美味的食物拍下来！幸亏，我记得为我们的聚会拍下一张照片来留念！好可惜，因工作的关系，Ah Nice 没有办法来！

朋友！让我们为下一次的聚会倒数吧！

My 3D2N Team Building Trip in Putrajaya, Malaysia

WOW! I M TIRED!

Just finish the 'the increditable race' teambuilding for this year company's teambuilding trip in Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya. Finally have a 1 hours break before going for department dinner!

I am so tired....n wondering, do i have energy to shop tomorrow at Mid Valley Mega Mall........

聚！

好久没有看到D & Jh了，当然还有孩子们！原本约了在八月的某一天，结果推迟到今天。两位公主长大了好多，也玩得好开心哦！尤其两人玩 PS3 的 Ridge Racer 时，她们太厉害了！好开心哦！好可惜, 三公主没来！

除了我擅长的酱油鸡，清炒椰菜花/玻璃生菜，蒸雪鱼，莲藕汤之外，还有我好久没弄的醉蟹。我今天也试了新菜-芋头扣肉。

拍了食物，我竟然忘了跟他们合照！
